Overview

Hammerite Brush Cleaner and Thinners. An all purpose, solvent-based cleaning solution designed specifically for the cleaning of brushes, spills and equipment when using Hammerite Paints. Prepares metal surfaces for a coat of paint, clearing away dirt, grime and flaking, loose rust. It can also be used in the dilution of Hammerite Paint for spraying.

Application

Brush out as much excess paint as possible to your project, to not waste paint
Decant Hammerite Brush Cleaner and Thinners into a suitable hard plastic or metal container and rinse all excess product from the brushes, not allowing the brushes to sit for too long
Rinse cleaned brushes in warm, soapy water before drying to retain the soft, flexible nature of the bristles
Allow brush to dry thoroughly before next use
